Opening in Spring 2024, The Victor Tavern Edmonds is a modern urban tavern from Chef Ethan Stowell. Fans of the original SLU location in downtown Seattle will be happy to see the crowd-favorite burgers, cocktails, and local beers that we are known for.

The Victor Tavern is the perfect spot for a happy-hour burger and a beer after work or for a fun evening of dinner and cocktails with friends. Located on Main Street in downtown Edmonds, The Victor Tavern is close to shopping, the ferry terminal, and the Puget Sound waterfront. We'll be open for lunch, dinner, and brunch, and it features a spacious dining room, open-air patio, full bar, and mezzanine with televisions and assorted games.
